Grilled Italian Tomatoes

Description

Ingredients
- 4 Italian tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
Directions
- Put tomatoes side by side in a baking dish. Sprinkle with olive oil and with salt and pepper.
- Cook in a preheated oven of 450 F for about 50 minutes or until tomatoes are tender and skin is lightly folded.
