How to Cocktail

We’re showcasing three classic cocktail recipes in this course. In addition, we're featuring a non-alcoholic cocktail with complex flavors and textures. We’ve chosen these recipes to demonstrate how different mixing techniques affect the the outcome and why it matters. We will also show you why measuring ingredients is an important step to getting the best flavor from a cocktail. Tools and techniques are important in this course, so pay close attention to what goes into a good bar setup, and what the terminology means. By the end of this course, you will be whipping up cocktails like a pro.
