"I love egg salad, but this is over-the-top delicious. Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home 2010 Contest-Winning Annual Recipes and Jane Ozment of Purcell, Oklahoma. She substitutes English muffins or toasted bread if she doesn't have croissants."
"This is an amazing recipe, and super easy. I found it at nobelpig.com - check out the website for some other great recipes! Also, it's only 4 WW points per serving! :)"
"Well happy 2013! The success of this recipe depends on how good the tamales are that you use. This a quick and easy hash as it uses leftover Black-Eyed Pea Salsa (Cowboy Caviar) and leftover tamales."
"This recipe comes from Coup de Pouce, issue February 2008. I'm posting it for ZWT 4 Italy."
"I modified my mom's deviled egg recipe. Note do NOT use Miracle Whip for this recipe."
"My DH loves these sandwiches, try to cook the egg until just slightly soft so the the yolk runs when you bite into it! The amounts listed are only a guidline you may adjust to taste, I usually use 2 eggs for one sandwich, throw a couple slices of bacon or a pork breakfast patty on also, *SOOOO* good! :)"
"I love anything pickled and always have a gallon sized jug of dill pickles in the fridge. When it is empty I make these eggs. It's a real quick fix when you want some pickled eggs. I am not going to pretend to you that these are as good as other recipes where you make your own brine... but these work for me in a pinch. Save the pickled onion slices for hamburgers or use in a potato salad."
"Very easy quiche that uses fat-free yogurt, spinach, mushrooms and reduced fat swiss cheese. I find Alpine Lace reduced fat swiss in the deli at Wal-mart. You can also substitute egg beaters in place of the egg whites."
"Lots of goodness, fried potatoes and vegetables."
"On Saturdays my daddy made breakfast, he was famous for coming up with strange things. Now years later, my family loves to eat this for breakfast or dinner. My daughter would not eat anything unless it had cheese so she use to call it cheese rice. You can add just about anything to this easy easy dish."
What a quick easy appetizer or snack. These go great when we go camping and are super right out of the freezer. Just pop them in the toaster oven and you have a great quick snack. These are also great warm or cold with a little homemade mustard.
"I am compiling a sandwiches cookbook, or sarnies as we call them in the UK, and here is my first recipe! Sandwiches come in many guises, from simple and elegant to hearty and robust; in my cookbook I aim to have them ALL in there! Sandwiches tick all the boxes for so many meals and events: the obvious high teatime table, cricket teas, picnics, packed lunches and quick snacks. These sandwiches are dainty and elegant and would be ideal for the teatime table. The use of fresh chives gives them a bit of a lift and you must try to use the salad cream as well as the mayonnaise; salad cream has a pronounced vinegary flavour which cuts through the richness of the mayonnaise and eggs."
"From: "Classic Vegetarian Cooking from the Middle East & North Africa" by Habeeb Salloum. From Yemen. This can be served as a dip or a salad."
""Hamburgers with "Eggs on Horseback" - Hamburgers served with Fried Eggs. I had these at a bistro in Paris and loved them! Very Low Carb!"
"From Vegetarian Times 2006 posted to www.dgustibus.com A bit of a warning, this recipe is designed to show off garden fresh heirlooms as well as range free chicken eggs. It isn't going to taste the same with factory chicken eggs and shipped tomatoes."
"A recipe that I found at Taste of Home that I can't wait to try, will update once I have made it. Here is what the author states: "I've had this unique recipe for years. It's always a hit at our house because it combines eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables and bread all in one pan. I enjoy cooking for my husband of 31 years, two sons, one daughter and two grandsons." I will probably leave the mushrooms out due to other family members not liking them."
