"I suggest to use fresh shrimp for this as frozen thawed will create a watery marinade, do not marinade for longer than 30 minutes or the acid in the lemon juice will "cook" the shrimp, adjust the cayenne to suit heat level, I have left the Tabasco as optional you may add it or omit --- this shrimp is very good!"
"This is a wonderful sweet and creamy shrimp dish. It makes a great appetizer for a seafood dinner of steamed crab legs and lobster. I (Bird) created this recipe (that I was Inspired by) from a buffet item at Chef Lin's Chinese Buffet in Chattanooga, TN. At Chef Lin's I would grab this up by the bowlful. :)"
"Turn your favorite side into a full meal with the addition of garlicky shrimp."
"Many Cajun shrimp dishes have loads of butter. This is a very tasty version that is much lower in fat. You won't miss it. Serve with French bread and a salad. Fabulous dinner on the table in less than 15 minutes."
"This easy to make, delicious cheesy buffalo shrimp pizza will be a big hit with your friends and family...what's the secret ingredient behind all of this savory spicy goodness? Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning mix, of course!"
"We watched these being cooked right by our table while in Huatulco. The smell when the marinade was brushed on the jumbo shrimp while on the grill filled the air - so good! This is our version. Enjoy! **Preparation time includes 30 minute marinading time (****edit June 25/07 - it was suggested that lime juice would be good instead of lemon juice so I tried it out and I prefer it that way. Thank you for that!) ***NOTE : ) Aug. 7/10 - discovered an even better way to enjoy this recipe! Ran out of skewers so just threw the prawns with all the marinade into a foil pan and threw that on the bbq stirring and turning for about 5 to 7 minutes (depending on size of your prawns). They turned out wonderfully moist and tasty and the resulting sauce was fabulous to dip a crusty bread onto. The sauce is also very tasty ladled on top of linguine. So fast and easy. Cuts the prep time down to basically nothing."

"Lots of garlic and herbs on grilled succulent shrimp!"
"Are you looking for a quick but delicious seafood soup? Can't wait to make that stock and take all that extra time? Well.. this is the soup for you. It's thick and creamy and comforting. I know many of you out there frown upon the use of condensed soups. But try this.. it tastes like a restaurant quality soup without all the fuss. Use whatever seafood you like. Just use at least 1 1/2 pounds of it. You can even use chopped cooked chicken if you don't like seafood. Want a curry flavor? Just add some curry powder while cooking the onions and celery. You can turn this into a creamy curried vegetable soup by omitting the seafood and using more onions and celery with the addition of carrots and whatever other vegetables are your favorites. Leave out the curry powder for a satisfying creamy vegetable soup. Just try it.. you'll like it."
"We had these at Bonefish Grill. They are a great app. Since then, I have been trying many recipes looking for one that tastes close. This is the best that I have found. Sometimes I fix these and just serve with a salad for lunch - very delicious!"
"A delicious spicy stir-fry. If you like it hotter, stir in some sambal oelek (chile paste) to your dish at the end. Goes great with rice or noodles."
