Cheesy Jalapeno Corn Casserole (Slow Cooker)

Description
"A yummy, easy and cheesy corn casserole served with a little heat! I typically add one whole large jalapeno, because I like it warmer!"
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1⁄2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 15 ounces frozen corn
- 14 3⁄4 ounces creamed corn
- 1⁄2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- Spray interior of slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Mix together cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
- Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper, then add to cream cheese mixture.
- Add in the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
- Cook in slow cooker 3-4 hours on high.
