Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

"This is the easiest cookie I have ever made. I get many requests for them."
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form into 1" balls.
- Flatten balls with a fork.
- Bake at 350 until golden brown.
- (To make more than 1 run of cookies just double the recipe).
