Italian Saucy Sausage Sub
Description
"Yet again another carnival favorite! Sausage and tomato sauce--you just can't beat that!"
Ingredients
- 1 Italian sausage
- 10 tablespoons spaghetti sauce
- 1 small onion
- 1⁄4 bell pepper
- 1 hoagie roll
Directions
- Fry, boil or grill your sausage.
- Sauté onion and bell pepper with a dash of pepper flakes.
- ASSEMBLY----------.
- Place sausage on bun.
- Place sauté mixture on top.
- Place warm sauce on top. (warm for twenty seconds in microwave).
- Enjoy!
