Mexican Wedding Cookies
Description
Traditional cookie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour, sifted
- 1 cup nuts, ground
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Form into 1 1/2" balls.
- Bake on cookie sheet at 350°F for about 10-15 minutes or until set.
- Roll in additional powdered sugar while still warm.
